Judge Perry B. Jackson Scholarship Foundation
Open to Zanesville High School graduating seniors. Applicants must be accepted to an accredited institution of higher education before applying and will need to provide proof of acceptance. Must have been a resident of Ohio for at least one year prior to the application. Applicant must also have at least a 3.0 high school GPA. Judged according to financial need, academic record, extra-curricular activities (including work), recommendations, and the essay. Awards are based on qualities of high scholarship, leadership, and the potential to contribute to one's community.
