Cynthia McHenry Shull Scholarship

"Looking back on my formative years growing up in Zanesville, I realize that I was fortunate to have had the stability and opportunities that this great Ohio community afforded me. While I know that times have changed, I want to do my part to honor my birthplace and help others succeed. I am offering this scholarship so that students may be able to further their careers with the necessary job training and skills needed to pursue them. This scholarship will provide funds for Zanesville High School graduates to have the opportunity for education in a vocational/technical school or community college.'' -Cynthia McHenry Shull

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants for this scholarship must meet all the requirements below:

• - Graduate or recent graduate of Zanesville High School (preference)
• - May be attending or planning to attend Prince's Barber Academy in Muskingum County.
• - Minimum 2.0 GPA
• - Minimum 85% attendance
• - Paid job
• - Favorable recommendations from school counselors, employers, etc.
• - Preference given to students seeking higher education at a vocational/technical school or community college
