COAD - David V. Stivison Appalachian Scholarship

Scholarship open to residents of the 30-county Corporation for Appalachian Development (COAD) service area for at least one year prior to deadline. Applicants must reside in households with a total income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines, must have a high school diploma or GED, and show proof of acceptance by an accredited 2-year or 4-year institution of higher education.
