Guernsey-Muskingum Electric Cooperative, Inc. Touchstone Energy Special Achievement Scholarship

Applicants must be a graduating high school senior with a 2.75 GPA, whose parent/guardian is a member of the Guernsey-Muskingum Cooperative. This scholarship has been created to reward those students who have committed themselves to the pursuance of a college education despite unique and substantial personal challenges. The application requires a letter of recommendation and a letter of nomination that demonstrates the candidate's commitment to Touchstone Energy's values of accountability, integrity, innovation, and commitment to community. Applications will be available from your school guidance counselor and are due to the Guernsey-Muskingum Energy Cooperative Inc.
