Anne Gilbert Visual Arts Scholarship

A qualified student must:
* Be a Muskingum County Resident
* Have completed the freshman year of post-secondary education
* Have a GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale
* Be a major in fine arts, graphic design, art and design, or fashion design

The award is designed to benefit an undergraduate college sophomore, but a past recipient may reapply for a junior or senior year scholarship in competition with sophomore applicants
