Energy Cooperative: John C. “Jay” Barker Scholarship

The John C. “Jay” Barker Scholarship is awarded through the Operation Round Up Foundation. The judges are looking for scholars committed to pursuing a college education, on track toward a business or finance career. The judges are looking for college students who are committed to service, especially in their community. Parents/Legal Guardians must be Energy Cooperative members and Operation Round Up, participants; applicants must be a Licking County resident, an established college student and a Business or Finance Major.
