District 6690 Rotary Four-Way Test Speech Contest

Offers High School students an opportunity to deliver a speech that applies the Rotary Four-Way Test in our everyday relationship with other people. Each Rotary Club within the district may submit only one candidate to this contest and will hold preliminary competitions prior to the District event.
