In honor and memory of Debbie Pettit, a devoted and passionate Republican woman, The Muskingum County Republican Club will award two scholarships for the upcoming school year.
Applicants must be:
• A female resident of Muskingum County
• A graduating high school senior or enrolled in an undergraduate program through the age of 24 years old
