E. N. Dix Educational Scholarship

In 1998, the E. N. Dix Educational Fund was established to benefit the Grace United Methodist Church Education Fund and local students through scholarships. 2020 was the first year that scholarships were awarded. Scholarships will be awarded each year to Muskingum County student residents pursuing bachelors degrees in Elementary Education from accredited colleges or universities who are selected by the Recommendation Committee. Successful applicants will be Muskingum County residents who are in the top twenty-five percent (25%) of their graduating class in overall grade point average and who exhibit enthusiasm and exceptional promise as potential teachers. Students may be older adults. Preference will be given to members of Grace United Methodist Church who meet the above criteria.

Past recipients may reapply.
