Zack Smith O.P.O.T.A./Law Enforcement Scholarship

Applicants must be a resident of any Ohio county and must be enrolled in an O.P.O.T.A. program or be taking law enforcement classes. Preference will be given to those enrolled in an O.P.O.T.A program, to Muskingum County residents, and those attending Zane State.
