The John & Susan (Rose) Dorr Scholarship Fund within the Muskingum County Community Foundation was established to provide scholarship awards annually to a graduate (or graduates) of a Muskingum County high school who is a resident of Muskingum County to use for tuition, books and fees at colleges, universities, or trade schools.
