To provide an annual scholarship award to a graduate of a Muskingum County high school who is seeking an education in the trades (construction, motor/power sector, mechanics, technology, etc.). The donor may also make awards directly to an educational institution such as Mid-East Career and Technology Center to aid in a student's educational expenses.
