Children’s Medical Support Fund

The Children’s Medical Support Fund supports the medical needs of children (eligible children are birth to 18 years of age) in Muskingum County who receive services at a verified health facility.

To qualify, there must be a medical need, as in a procedure or therapy, and not medication; the applicant must live in Muskingum or surrounding counties (Coshocton, Licking, Perry, Morgan, Noble, Guernsey); the maximum amount awarded will be $500.00 (families with multiple children will only be eligible for 1 award during the calendar year).

There must be a letter from the provider submitted stating that the child would benefit from this procedure or therapy (traditional or non-traditional) and the payment will be submitted directly to the provider.
