Todd Bickle Memorial Scholarship

Todd Bickle was a lifetime resident of Muskingum County and a 1978 graduate of Tri-Valley High School. He earned an Associate Degree from Muskingum Area Technical College, now known as Zane State. At the time of his death, Mr. Bickle was serving as the Clerk of Courts for the Muskingum County Common Pleas Court and the Fifth District Court of Appeals, positions he held for 28 years. He was a member and officer of many associations including president of the Ohio Clerk of Courts Association, member of the Muskingum County Township Association, the Fraternal Order of Police Associates Lodge #16, Zanesville Charity Newsies Association, Muskingum Valley Old Timers Association Century Club and many others. Todd was very active in the State and Local Republican Party, serving many times as a campaign chairman for local officials. During his life and tenure as a holder of public office in Muskingum County, his honesty and integrity were of the highest caliber. And above all his accomplishments and service, his wife Kristi, children Nicole and Ryan, precious granddaughter, Rylyn, and his loving parents, Robert and Joan were most important to him.

Applicants must be a graduating high school senior from Tri-Valley or Philo and a resident of Muskingum County with conservative values, pursuing higher education opportunities for the upcoming school year.
