Josh Atwell Memorial Scholarship

''Joshua Keith Atwell was 22 years old when he passed away. He was a kind, funny and considerate young man. He made us laugh and the world was a better place with him in it. I want to share an example of who he was. While he was working at Amazon one night, he trained an older woman. He came home almost in tears. He told me he didn't think she was able to do the work but that she told him how much she needed her job. He loved his family, friends and his cat. We will miss him forever.''

Applicants for the Josh Atwell Memorial Scholarship must be:
• - A graduating high school senior from Philo High School or a past PHS graduate
• - Majoring in Social Work or the mental health field
