Mike Strohl Memorial Scholarship

Mike Strohl was a math teacher and coach at Franklin Local School District from 1975 until he retired in 2006. He died suddenly and unexpectedly in 2015. He taught life lessons on and off the field. His family would like to honor his memory by providing a Philo senior with a scholarship.

Applicants must be a graduating Philo High School senior. Applicants should show evidence of community service, club memberships, or athletic participation while in high school and will be asked to submit an essay and one online recommendation.
