The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is the form that must be completed to apply and determine eligibility for federal, state, and college-specific financial aid, such as grants, loans and work-study programs. FAFSA worksheets are available at high schools, college financial aid offices, or local college access programs. FAFSAs may be filed online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

FAFSA Help Night Agenda:
|6:00 – Welcome|
|6:05 – Financial Aid Staff from local Higher Ed Institutes to give overview of Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) presentation|
|6:30 – Students, families and volunteers break out into one-on-one breakout rooms in order to complete the FAFSA.|
|7:00 – Last call for appointments. After that, students and families will have to register for another FAFSA Help Night.|
|8:00 – Wrap up presentations|
*You will be entered into break out rooms on a first come-first served basis so please be on time for the presentation.
**If you are not entered directly into a break out room, you may stay in the Zoom call and talk scholarships with the staff members, or rejoin the Zoom call before 7:00 to see if someone is available to meet with you.
