The Steve & Terri Ulrich Scholarship Endowment Fund at the Muskingum County Community Foundation was established to benefit Perry County residents accepted into professional school to be a medical doctor, nurse practitioner, physician assistan, psychiatric social work, counselor (MSW), or psychologist. The recipient must agree to return to Perry County to serve its medically u.
